In this series multiple viewpoints converge via a single reflection, creating a new two-dimensional reality. With the exception of the prototype, these paintings are based on photographs on Commercial Street in Provincetown.

What we surround ourselves with can be seen as an extension of the self. The identity of subject matter is fluid: it can be tied to both the original object it depicts, as well as how it is interpreted in its final flattened, abstracted state.
Biomorphic Geometrics
These were the first abstract paintings I produced after making the switch from portraiture. They were inspired by an exhibition in Philadelphia of plans and elevations by landscape architect Harriet Pattison.
